Family Care Connection provides senior living referral and advisory services to families in Connecticut, primarily Fairfield County and New Haven County. Our services include initial consultations, care needs assessments, community shortlists, accompanied tours, and post-move advocacy. Our placement specialties include:

• Assisted Living Placement
• Memory Care Placement
• Independent Living Placement
• Out-of-Town Senior Placement

Free to Families

Our advisory services are provided free of charge to families. We are compensated through standard referral arrangements with the senior living community a family ultimately chooses, paid only after move-in. There is no fee charged to families at any point in our process.

What We Are Not

Family Care Connection is a senior living advisory service. We are not:

• A medical or clinical care provider
• A law firm or provider of legal advice
• A financial planning, tax, or investment advisor
• An accredited representative for VA benefit claims (we screen for eligibility and refer to VA-accredited attorneys)
• A licensed insurance broker for Long-Term Care Insurance products

For these matters, we refer families to qualified professionals.

Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when consulting with us. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide to make recommendations.

Recommendations and Decisions

Our recommendations are advisory. Final decisions about senior living placement, medical care, and financial planning rest with the senior, the family, and their qualified professionals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any placement.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. The short version: we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party vendors. We share your information with specific Connecticut senior living communities only with your explicit consent and only the minimum information necessary.
